Stay away from OTC BB stocks. Why bother with them? There are plenty of real stocks to invest in. The OTC people fall into three categories, IMHO; gamblers (usually pretty smart, but no luckier than anyone else), morons, and shady characters. The shady characters take money away from the morons and the gamblers bet on the timing. If you want to make money, invest in stocks that you can check out. If they are not making money, or losing money, at least you can find out.
