Anil, I must be blinded when I first read your message. I overlooked the time in the first message. Anyway, thanks for posting it again. Regarding your questions on the second message, I think other people who have posted about Accugraph on this thread or previous ones will give you much more in depth than I could here. As I remember, Accugraph is a diversified company whose core business is something related to telephone infrastructure (correct me if I'm wrong); they spent a fairly amount of their revenue on R&D; they're been profitted in the past two years, except the most recent quarter (first quarter of '96). Well, I don't have other facts to say more with me at this time. All of the above are what I remember from others' posts and Accugraph's annual report.
