No, it's a mysterious accumulated multi-trillion accounting error... Certainly many years in the making.

How many others are there? Is the question everyone in the country should be asking. We should be saying, "Stop, no more new spending until you can account for what you are doing."

Shutting the government down like what was done previously is a great idea.
It should be done 6 months out of the year.

The links are findable under google, probably under "rumsfeld trillion unaccounted" or similar. I'll take a look.
