This was not the "major news" that I mentioned earlier. This merger offer and additional financing, although positive, is not a big deal really. I have heard that RCG will have more news releases soon, the real goodie being the marketing aggreement with a big name pharmaceautical. For now the stock should hold around 50 cents (Canadian) or may be a little higher. But when the marketing aggreement is announced see it going above $1 fast.
