jackmore: Thanks. The article is very interesting - including for what it does not say. Since Bluetooth is primarily a way to communicate among devices within a room or a building, Sun Micro's Jini may have a role to play with Bluetooth or separate from Bluetooth, since Jini is designed to connect appliances of all sorts. Also Bluetooth may be a useful connection between a wireless phone and a laptop but the Q seems to be able to perform that function using just the phone itself as a modem. The possibilities and permutations are fascinating. But in much of this, the Q is right in the middle of the action. Not a bad place to be looking ahead. Chaz
