I'd have to agree with you with regard to the sense of complacency on this board. Although I can gainfully waste time reading about the British and U.S. tax collection systems on this board, there doesn't seem to be much attention being paid to the end of the quarter. I suppose that this must be a good sign, i.e. that Intel's numbers will exceed analysts' expectations. Has anyone heard differently, particularly since the rest of the semiconductor industry is faring so poorly?

BTW, that has been a source of satisfaction for me these past months, since my co-workers own AMAT, CYRX, AMD, etc., etc... How long can INTC remain an impregnable fortress unassailed by the slings and arrows of misfortune?
