Alan,

Correcto- KLIC will be participating in flip chips from two perspectives- one, they make equipment which makes components for flip chips; and two, the have the Delco Joint Venture that does a value-added service to a flip chip related component- a double whammy- KLIC as best as I can tell is the largest semiconductor equipment company to 'stake out" a large position in flip chip and chip packaging- also look at INVX- a top knotch DD components maker who is also "staking out" a position in flip chips (package assembly in their case). Both KLIC and INVX are core holdings in my account (I have five core stocks), partly because they are getting "out front" of the flip chip wave....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
