The last time I saw so many posts predicting a "pull-back" in VTSS or VTSS being "out of favor" yielded an 80% increase! Come on - The stock "was" out of favor and subsequently retreated from 37 to 17. A run from 17 to 32 indicates the stock is in favor! The stock is still 15% from getting back to its original highs. 50 within a year as someone posted, I believe. 40 by January 31, even easier. Can one afford to sit on the sidelines looking for a 5 or 10% pullback? It reminds me somewhat of those who sold at 24 when the stock also took a 2 or 3 day breather.
