I don't have the contacts at Deswell to really know.

But based on the revenue numbers run up this summer by Nam Tai and the big proliferation of Chinese made microelectronic goods, and stocking for the Christmas season etc., I expect there should be good top line growth at Deswell in the SepQ. And this should result in some nice bottom line numbers as well.

I've basically got all my old shares back 25-30% below where I sold, and then bought some more for good measure. Still, my position in Nam Tai is about 6 times as large as Deswell.

I am learning more how to trade these stocks, given the excessive volatility. It is nonsense that these stocks sold off based on fears about the Hong Kong dollar. Simply "guilt by association".

I am going to hold my Deswell shares until the earnings report, or unless the stock breaks 27. If I get that big a move that fast, I will have to sell, and redeploy in this target rich environment.

BTW- great sell of ELAmf at the open.

Paul
