Raleigh, Thanks for your excellent post. I don't think it was a rumour that they were not presently going for USDA testing, it was straight from Mr. Bunte. He did give me a somewhat convoluted reason for not doing so, involving the waste of time dealing with the bureacracy and time better spent elsewhere. He certainly did not state that they were in multi-stage independent testing for submission to USDA. I have no problem with waiting for the long term but want to make sure that things are on the up and up. The company did issue press releases with references to USDA submission and "fast tracking", and your reporter "David" was told of a new Board of Directors being announced in October. People have every right to be concerned when these things do not come to pass. I think the majority of the investors have plenty of patience to hold long term, but want confirmation of the legitimacy of the company and it's products. The failure of the company to live up to recent press releases and statements, along with the recent dilution of the shares, does not lend itself to a buy-and-hold attitude. Jerry
