I think (after fuming for two days) that it took balls for them to announce their share offering with such good news otherwise. It shows that they are in this for the long term. As for them not caring about shareholder value, let's hope that they are more concerned with running the company and the value will follow. Most of the anti-seek feeling on the board is just frustration at some of the bewildering moves they make or DON'T make.
