I looked it up and it seems that beef wellington will make a great dish for Christmas parties. Thanks for the tip.

I am going to practice various recipes over the next month. I bought a sou vid cooker on sale a while back and have not tried it much. This is my chance. I am thinking that I will make the beef sou vid style before adding the pastry dough.
