One thing you didn't mention was the increased summer demand for
gas. If the weather turns very hot and the air conditionning units
are turned on, the power companies crank up their gas turbines.

A couple of summers ago this was exactly what happened and the result
was a gas price increase in the summer, something that had never happened before.

The future of natural gas is promising.
