A couple of good questions John. In regards to the forenic audit-I'm no expert! My impression is they were able to determine EXACTLY who had not delivered MG certs and the EXACT number of undelivered certs. As you know, they maybe other reasons why a particular brokerage firm had not delivered their certs besides being short....case in point-Etrade-they are just stupid! I believe the short position was estimated based on the KNOWN number of certs that were not delievered. I could be wrong however! As to shorting offshore by Medinah. Sorry-don't buy it one bit. If there one thing that is clear-MEDINAH's MANAGEMENT BELIEVES IN WHAT THEY HAVE! Comments regarding Mike Morrision-what can I say to convince you? Trust me-the guy knows what he is talking about. Top notch. End of story!
