IMO.. This rambus lawsuit battle has been going on and off for years and will likely continue for years. They have won some and lost some, so to say that the stock has no cash flow is not the best statement to make. When their technology is no longer dominant or they can not make the agreements to generate cash flow, then there are issues. The stock didnt get to 16 from 120 because the NAZ dropped. These issues are priced in the stock, my view would be LONG the stock here, bad news is priced in, she could fly as shorts have to cover. We shall see who is right..
