Jeff, one thing I regret not doing during the shareholder meeting is to ask Terry to comment on their future earnings - but then one may get the usual answer of not making foward looking statement.

As to your first question: I think it would benefit NN shareholders. Whether it will be in the form of shares owned by NN, or, as dividends (thus increase earning per share), I don't know. Many of the affiliates are owned 30% by NN, and another 30% by Terry himself. I guess we will know soon.

When Peter Charbonneau was asked last night in the Newsworld Business News (CBC) about the 3COMS deal, he sound more concilliatory - meaning no comment and no denial.

Do you know what exactly Lucent is suing NN for? I always believe the network market is so huge that no one player can dominate, at least not yet.

The BT deal is a breakthrough for ATM. It is the first of its kind. it will not only benefit NN but also other ATM players: NT, LU, CSCO, ASND, and FORE.

We will see NN will enjoy a higher P/E from here on. Remember the days when CSCC was at a P/E of 140 ?
