Stephan Pastis: Check the September 2nd Conference Call.

From my personal notes:

>If 'ABL' earns say 100m then 55m has to go back into the kitty.
>Critical to earn 75m the first two weeks. "For some reason I didn't write the reason why?"

First point 100/55m is a number generated off the cuff buy Jeff Roxton
during the CC to a question of pay back for the marketing. See I don't believe the marketing dollars are not set in concrete. They change along with the attendance figures, audience demographics, competition, and so forth as the film makes it's run. So a firm dollar figure IMO wont' be known until the run is over.

The second note about making 75m the first two weeks I failed to follow up on because of my poor typing skills and weak hearing.)

Regardless, like I said, these are my personal notes and if I wrote them I live with them. You can take'm or leave'm, it's no skin off my nose.

Dave

By the way in one of my notes here I have Lawrence Levy, Pixar's chief financial officer saying in a news article that 100 to 125m for 'ABL' would be considered a winner by PIXR.
