Have we seen confirmation that Kubota in fact sold its stock? I thought all Kubota did was make a "protective" filing that ALLOWS it to sell the stock, but doesn't require it to do so, and I don't recall seeing a notice of sale. exchange2000.com David Nadalin said that Kubota has made a similar filing every quarter it has owned the stock, exchange2000.com but it didn't sell then, and I can't see why it would now, especially when we are finally looking at some DVD product shipping in this and coming quarters .... Therefore the "overhang" of which you speak has existed for several years, and I don't see how it materially affects the stock price. Then again, maybe I'm missing something ... btw, my earlier comment about high volume was incorrect, I was thinking about another issue that trades with less volume. (sorry)
