Most of the baiting, insulting and content-free posts originate from one poster. He has been banned from other sites. Get rid of him from here and you won't need all the fancy moderating rules you propose.

It's not as though we will be deprived of his eternal shower of cut-and-paste snippets - whether pro or con AMD. They are duplicated and triplicated on other sites under his various, well-known guises.
