His phone number is (954)316-9008, ext.#106. I don't know why he referred to the document as a prospectus, but we already knew the sale was a likely possibility. I should also admit that he referred to it as a particular kind of prospectus, the exact term I can not recall.

Issuing more shares at this point would certainly be wreckless; they'd be setting themselves up for a lawsuit. I can not figure such a move justifiable (in the interest of shareholders) at this point. It may simply be a misnomer on his part; easy to do. It's not like he just sold a company yesterday.

Believe me, I am not complaining over his disclosure; I appreciate it. If he was truthful, I hope he doesn't get into any trouble now. I probably ought to reconsider any future purchases. I asked straightforwardly what had become of the dealings with Montgomery Securities and he said they were aggressively working to sale the company. He mentioned dates but at that point I was on cloud nine. That the company is for sale should be publicized by the first week in January. He said more, but my attention was negligent- I could have reported considerably more. Truth be told, I was surprised he said as much as he did. I didn't expect it.

What's a lay-up?
