Why has the US congress been mostly shouting this week??
(somebody even decided to turn off the audio-feed, repeatedly)

even the senate, which is supposed to be more long-term and non-childish??

Should they all get a good old spanking, on and before taking their seats??

Puerto-Rican-Congressional-Spanking?? (I know, that is not standardized
leave-no-child-behind-in-US-History stuff)

however, me would have known how to clean, re-load.. 15 seconds, even in the dark.
