yes, cut services for poor private residents while pouring billions into union 90% pensions (of max salary, not average salary! - that's why the data isn't on public union pensions isn't widely available!) and illegal alien services. Few realize it IS Maximum salary. Last 5 years you see these guys working overtime policing Sams Club. They run the pay through the government agency and voila! Max Salary! Big pension!
