Hi Ted! Hope you are doing well and good to see you on the thread. I've been keeping a pretty low profile. Well, ironically I'm on the long side of VIAS in a big way. Bought a boatload thinking the merger would be smooth sailing. Obviously the FEDS have a better opinion of VIAS' potential than anybody at this point. The stock is going to really tank tomorrow, even if CPWR fights it. In your opinion, is there another suitor somewhere? Is their mainframe product that promising, or just the only alternative? The company still has quite a bit of cash so they should make it okay, but I heard there's been a brain drain. Ouch on this one! Best, Timoteo
