The 90 day moving average just crossed the 200 day. ALSC just set a
new 52 week low. Over 2/3 of the dram/sram makers were even or up
yesterday. ALSC lost the largest percentage of all. I've lost a pile
of &&&& on this one too. When you add up all the news and the way
this stock in particular is acting, it doesn't look good. I believe
it must have been a mutual fund that dumped the shares yesterday. ALSC had very good support at 6 1/2 but a huge sale came through and dropped it to 5 13/16 almost in a matter of minutes. The question is
how long do you hold a stock like this? Opportunity costs eat you up
so you can loose two ways. I have been checking with a broker at Josephthal and he said it looks very bad for ALSC technically. MU
on CNBC is accusing Korean Dram makers of dumping chips on the market.
This is another factor that doesn't look good. Samsumg, Hundai have
35% of the market in Korea. Formal charges submitted by SEC are coming
soon. Dell and others like them will benefit a lot. Can someone do
some more homework and find out why ALSC seems to be singled out in
this decline? Somethings up and knowone is talking yet.
