Just talked to Howard at investor relations for CPX (416)323-6600. He said earnings will not be reported, period. This is due to the merger. He appeared to be very tightlipped and did not volunteer any information. I guess they have to keep silent, because they are in a quiet period and cannot make any statement until the merger is formally announced. This is in SEC/NASD regulation compliance. DT
