Ok The difference

This will be my last response on this item. To own a handgun, you don't need a license. If you wish to carry it concealed on your person or in your car (in some states) you need a license. If you have no license to carry a concealed weapon and are somehow caught carrying one, you have committed a crime, might go to jail, might have to pay a fine, might lose your gun, might lose your job indirectly, might lose custody of your children.....so there is a difference between owning a handgun and being licensed to carry one concealed, even if you can not understand the difference.

Also to keep your gun out of the hands of your child, you educate them in the safe use of firearms, lock the guns and ammo up when not in use and love your kids and try and keep an open dialogue with them. By the way if your kid does take your gun and do something unlawful with it, everyone is going to blame you and the kid, so you my fine citizen, better come up with something on your own, quick.
