A paradoxon per se:

->If Joel Klein was right, VIAS could be worth a lot, much more than 5.

->If the Market is right, then the DOJ decision is a joke. The merger should go through then, and VIAS priced at the takeout value. there are no hints that there are any obstacles besides the DOJ opinion.

I'm just looking whether there is to earn something after I missed the short before (actually I was a bit scared to short it, because I didn't want to see a 2nd ABRX).

When I read it right, then the cash value is $4.5 here.
