Anthony, if you think there will be delays in getting your private web site up and running, especially with a private discussion forum, there is an instant alternative which you can use in the interim. Yahoo has a new feature called "Clubs" which can be public or PRIVATE and for invitation only. They are simple to set up. I just set one up for users of Commence Software (which I use) and it only took a few minutes to establish. Here's the home site for clubs: clubs.yahoo.com The facility includes both a message board and real-time chat. The administrator can delete people and messages from the board. If it is private, it is by invitation only. You can also designate others on the board as co-administrators so you won't be the only person responsible for monitoring and administrating the board.
