One thing to consider is that the distribution of letters in names is not uniform. There are a lot more names that start with r than x. It would be impossible to quantify this distribution exactly, but it could be estimated statistically. So you would need to adjust the probability of occurrence from 1/26 to whatever it is for that particular letter. So if the name in question had rare letters, the probability of it occurring at random would be lower, and common letters would happen more often.
