Ira: You are right GLP is a new one for me. I did some checking and
I know this much:

Gluskin Sheff, a respected Toronto Investment advisor has purchased
shares on behalf of its clients. Gluskin Sheff apparently has a good record
with identifying growth opportunities, although the last issue that I bought,
that Gluskin Sheff entered into called Promis Systems has not delivered on
its name.

Apparently there is a lawsuit filed against GBC filed by "purported
GBC shareholders." GBC is a company that was acquired by GLP.
The complaint alleges fraudulent conduct. conflicts of interest and
breaches of fiduciary duties in connection with the transaction and the
prices of the shares of GBC. I hate this stuff.
