BCIT...... victory in the arbitration case (no 12-01838) We are pleased to announce a victory in the arbitration case (no 12-01838) of Christopher Grabowski v TDAmeritrade inc. FINRA have compelled TDA to deliver BCIT certs to Chris Grabowski within 90 days. Chris purchased his shares post lock (26 Aug 2005).
