Folks, I ain't "packaging" anything. I will print ALL ->verifiable<- information -- verified by court records, company records etc. -- and will be happy to include the company's comments in my stories.

You overlook the fact that the company and Mr. Landi have been contacted numerous times BEFORE every article and except for the one phone call from Mr. DeSantis, no one has returned the calls.

Mr. Landi has an open mike and he's not stepping up to it.

Yes, I agree that audited financials and and SEC filing would be good.

If the company can provide me with verifiable GOOD news I will print that. Verifiable means that it can be confirmed. I tried to confirm the Italian winery purchase, and Mr. Paul Lego, the owner of Antogianni winery told me yesterday that that Araldica has no more operational control or ownership over his winery today than they did last November. "There is a signed letter of intent and if they can come up with the money this time, then we'll do the deal."

Lego explained that this is Araldica's third attempt at buying the winery, but "they have never been able to come up with the money." In fact, Lego says that Araldica has defaulted on $120,000 in down-payments from the two previous unsuccessful purchase attempts.

This is in an upcoming article.

But you have to understand that there is a court proceeding in San Diego in which the plaintiffs claim they have first dibs on money Araldica raises -- for danielle or Antogianni.
