Well what do folks think? Since approximately mid-July we've watched VLNC settle back on low volume. The charts indicate one of two things about to occur. Either a nice, rounded, double bottom is in the making, with bottom ~$18; or VLNC's about to fill the gap caused by the explosion from ~$15 to ~$20; particularly that $16 to $18 gap.

What do you think?

Meanwhile, I see the ask is back to being sat on. Hmmmm....in the abscence of news out of VLNC it appears both camps(long and short) can make money, as long as they're patient. The longs by patiently waiting on the occasional run-up, and the shorts by patiently waiting on the run-up to exhaust itself, whereby shorting can be advantageously accomplished. Bottom line? VLNC's in a rut which will only be broken out of by material news. So until then, playing the swings appears to be the name of the game.
