(re: POET LEAPS) I generally go for the cheapest (which are '27s), so I get more options/$. Right now the last trade '27 10s are $2.02 versus $2.43 for the '28 10s. When next Fall comes around with LTCG status, I'll convert my '27s to '28s before the year ends (unless I have tax reasons to shift into early January).
