SPX Wave Count Update. Minor Wave 3 had a target of 6,778.68 and it topped at 6,764.58. I'd say that's close enough for a BINGO. Minor Wave 4 is in play and typically retraces to the 38.2% level. It's possible it ends at the 23.6% level. Breeze.
