A virtuous cycle vs. vicious cycle..... No cost service brings mucho-customers. Customers bring advertising revenue and proprietary technology keeps them. Vs.... margin pressure = lower prices or lost customers = lower ad revenues. This thing looks like a long term winner as long as it can get big fast and/or maintain proprietary edge....
