As a practicing ATTORNEY, I looked at the news on RMBS and placed my sell at 14.90 afterhours. Yes I got filled, and once the public reads that decision I believe RMBS may be FINISHED! Their liability now is worse then it was before they filed. Now I know they will spin the appeal notion to its shareholders but look at what the expense of the action has already done to its financials. RMBS could very well trade at 6-8 dollars in the very near future. They have to go down as one of the worst managment teams of all time! Soft is correct, on any strength SHORT it monday!! I will!
