Ratigan seems to be far more on the ball and aware of how we're being fooled into believing the banks have returned all the "emergency funding" money back to the Govt.

The thing I find most refreshing about Ratigan is he's delivering all this info sans the divisive melodrama of the FOX Shox Jox.

I hope he doesn't change his rational delivery.
