I caught most of the Tim Russett interview yesterday with Kerry. My impressions were not favourable towards Kerry, his answers were measured, his voice or speaking style seemed forced or phony, and his answers to questions about Iraq and what his policies would be were especially shallow. He supports the on-going war, has supported it, but will somehow, if he is made president, make the U.N. a big player in Iraq.

He promised a lot.....10 million jobs created by himself, balanced budget & the usual fare of bullshit. I was underwhelmed. Bush couldn't have hoped for a better opponent.
