Well that actually says quite a bit... As I understand it, they MUST file their 10q soon... they usually file them on the 14th, but legally they have to the end of the month... If they are not filing, that is because the merger will happen before the due date... That was the biggest question... WHEN. Now we know it WILL be before the end of the month... I suspected as much but this pretty much confirms it. They have been AMAZINGLY tightlipped... but not for long MG
