I'm writing this a second time. I wrote it once but apparently did not get it fully submitted.

Since you want to keep the SOX stock switch to a minimum and we don't actually know what stock replace what, may I suggest we simply replace IPGP with ACLS, NOVT with AMKR, and SYNA with RMGS. It actually doesn't matter anyway.

Hawkman is doing his own thing because he doesn't want to mess with his code too much. He is VBA challenged as well.

If we do the same switch, we will keep our order making it easier to compare UPs and DOWNs.
