check out IQST. This is an excellent buying opportunity under 16 1/2. There are only 2 mkt makers so when it moves it's going to move quickly. Co. insiders own almost 30% and the Co. took a loss inorder to hire a firm to mkt it's services. This stk could be $25 by the new yr. cp
