With the exception of the last few weeks where it dropped to the 130 range, PEP hasn’t had this low of a pe ratio since early 2014. Since then it’s been consistently overvalued, imo. It may finally be coming back down to earth, but not quite to a point where I would like to add more. Wouldn’t mind seeing it down in the mid 120’s, but seeing it with a pe in the 25 range or higher for the last decade didn’t make sense to me for a consumer staple. With a 5 or 6 pct growth estimates going forward, a pe of 16 or 17 would make me feel more comfortable.
