Look it opened strong today ,,it's the MMs game,, and as soon they saw profit taking it went down ,, still a strong showing in my book ,, as we all know when a penny gets dumped,, there is no bottom ,,
I see resistance and temptation here at 5/8 ,, which we hit today ,,
Fine first round of profit taking has taken place for those who paid under .30 ,,,
Now this a classic consolidation ,, the low of today's .38 was a very encouraging sign as it was well above yesterday's opening ,,,
Picture in your mind a chart ,, as a stock ,, that was below .10 just before we discovered it,, so there must have been tons of god knows who had this stock when we bought in ..
It's a progression of momentum and the volume ,, that we must imagine in our mind.. now .. where is the next resistance ?
5/8 th again and when we break that ,, 3/4 is the next step ,,another round of profit taking ,, then settle back to 11/16 ?
Breaking 1 here is crucial ,, once it breaks 1 ,, we are home free,, however, many factors are involved here at this point,,indeed the company has to be kosher,, and not print the shares,, no over hang by original share holders,, or Reg-D ,, remember QSTI ?
Several favourable things are going for us here,, volume is still up .. the company is strong financialy ,, and they want to succeed in this business and has legit revenue...and are not in printing business, like FAMH ,,
So do a soul searching tonight ,, what I have said ,, and where this company is going ,, and wonder,just wonder how really important is Mex factor in the scheme of it all in the appreciation of this stocks value ..
Trust me I am a small cog in a big scheme of things,, all I do is find a stock that will appreciate,, in the past when I've learned some negative things about a company ,, I cried out an alarm .. as a fiduciary duty , to protect fellow investors,,in the end I found out that people are not interested in ,, and it hurts the stock price,, and made many enemies,, well I have learned to keep my mouth shut now.. and I am not always right .. still better than average mutual fund by about 1000% ,, ;-)
