Tom, you're #163 almost sounds like BBTK's FLX2500 product. If we lived in the best of all possible worlds it is what we would have. Unfortuanetly, we do not. (and will not for many years) I gather from having read your rather astute post that you agree that it could be a long wait.

Question: Do you have any idea the percentage of homes served by a DLC type system in the US and the average copper lengths?
