I looked at both charts and see them as short term buying opportunities for tranch trading of quality companies(CSCO,ORCL,DELL,AAPL for example).

Pardon my ignorance but if you are in CASH right now, that is great. But it certainly is worth testing the waters right now, for a small position, and averaging down in the stocks like the aforementioned group above.

And you can stick your head in said toilet.
