Only if it's value. But that is like saying it's in the eyes of the beholder..

If one thinks a stock has value, then maybe it has value. What one man thinks is junk another may think of as worthy.

If I could trust those low priced stocks.. and RAD was way way down at one point.. to pour fifty thousand dollars into.. and watch it rise five point.. oh, what joy.
