If you buys the products from : cafepress.com Yes, I have sanctioned the use of the "turnips terminology and it is fully "legal", now, if that becomes a real fad and copy cats are spawned, only the above site is indeed "sanctioned" to "merchandize" the stuff because only that site remits a portion to the preferred "Turnip Charity".
