I really believe that the Gateway good news is $10+/share gain good news and not the $1&1/2 to $2/share gain good news that we have seen so far. The fear in the stock marketplace is that they (AMD) will disappoint again. At least, the people at Gateway believe that AMD will execute successfully. They have put themselves at some risk with iNTEL on that bet. This kind of action moves them to the back of the priority line well behind DELL in order of preferences. This time if we believers (that is not you pAUL [ unless you just bought in again ]) get screwed so will the guys at GATEWAY. It will not make it hurt any less but at least we will have some new company. I cannot help but suspect that GATEWAY is going on something much more solid than the unsubstantiated "facts" that we are trying to believe. Any comments? Regards, DARBES
