Starnet announced, today, that it has signed a licensing agreement with a Sovereign Indian Nation. Further, it was reported on RB that, during the conference call, Mark Dohlen stated that this was just the first of a number of Indian Nations that Starnet expects to sign licensing agreements with. I feel this is very significant news for two reasons:

1. Sovereign Indian Nations operate under their own tribal regulations. They are exempt from many state and federal laws. It seems entirely possible to me that Sovereign Indian Nations could legally operate i-gaming operations from their reservations right here in the USA and Canada. No need to set up off shore operations; and

2. I am thinking that affiliations with Sovereign Indian Nations just might be a way around the Kyle Bill, should it ultimately become law.

Just a few thoughts. Any comments?

LONG SNMM!
